If the spare part is in stock, the exchange usually takes from 30 minutes. You are welcome to wait in the shop. If the part is not in stock, we order it and get in touch as soon as it arrives.

When replacing a display or battery, your data stays on the device. We still recommend making a backup beforehand – that way you are on the safe side in any case.
